It means recognising potential, creating opportunity, treating people fairly and remembering that success means considerably more when others are able to succeed alongside us.

It is music and storytelling, certainly — but it is also problem-solving, experimentation, entrepreneurship, technology, teaching and finding a different way when the obvious one doesn't quite work.

Creativity gives us permission to ask better questions, test ideas and turn a slightly ridiculous thought into something surprisingly useful.
